1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using ConceptProbe (conceptprobe.ai), operated by Big Mean Data Inc., you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

ConceptProbe provides AI-simulated customer research. The service generates synthetic personas and conducts simulated interviews using artificial intelligence to produce research reports. The outputs are AI-generated and should not be treated as real customer feedback. ConceptProbe is a supplement to, not a replacement for, real customer research.

3. No Guarantee of Accuracy

Research outputs, including persona responses, interview transcripts, demand scores, and synthesis reports, are generated by AI models and may contain inaccuracies, biases, or hallucinations. We make no warranty that the outputs are accurate, representative of real market conditions, or suitable for any particular business decision. Use the outputs at your own risk.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
• Submit content that is harmful, abusive, or violates third-party rights.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or overload the service.
• Misrepresent AI-generated research outputs as real customer feedback.
• Resell or redistribute the service without written permission.

5. Payment and Refunds

Payments are processed through Stripe. All fees are non-refundable unless the service fails to deliver a research report due to a technical error on our part. If you experience a technical failure, contact us within 7 days for a refund.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the product ideas and research inputs you submit. The research outputs (personas, interviews, reports) generated by the service are licensed to you for your use. Big Mean Data Inc. retains the right to use anonymized, aggregated data to improve the service.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Big Mean Data Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to business decisions made based on AI-generated research outputs.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time, for any reason, without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. We will update the "Last updated" date when changes are made.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Big Mean Data Inc. is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles.
